Processing

• Once we receive your order, please allow for 24-48 business hours for processing. All orders are subject to processing time which is separate from shipping time. Once processing is complete, you will immediately receive a tracking number. Please note, you tracking number will update once USPS has successfully processed the package through their system. In most cases, a product that is not in stock should not be available on our site. But keep in mind, we cannot guarantee that it will be in stock if a product sells out. If this happens, you will be contacted via phone and email about your missing item.

Shipping

• For now, we are not shipping worldwide. But don't fret! It's in the works. Please allow 5-7 days for domestic shipping once your order is processed. We ship all orders through USPS. To ensure you receive your package in the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all necessary information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers are of utmost importance for timely deliveries. Black Is Beautiful Apparel is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced packages, or an incorrect address. Once a package has left our headquarters, it's in the hands of USPS and we have no control over it.
