Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy lasts for 7 business days after the order is received. Returns/Exchanges are not processed until we receive the item at our headquarters. Please email our customer service department at support@blackisbeautifulapparel.com for Return/Exchanges. Once a return label has been issued, USPS must receive the item within 14 business days. Items are only exchangeable if unworn, in good condition, and in original packaging. If the item does not work for you, it can only be exchanged for store credit to be used for another order.
